Looking at the orientation of the mouth, looks to be a top mount. Now I am no expert, just an average Joe with eyes. I doubt its for a sidemount setup. (Again I am not claiming to be an expert) And who cares who made it, welds look solid, good penetration, and looks to be back purged.

wow take it easy guys!! its only a damn downpipe. BTW i was on a time restraint i have a real job you know. Its meant for a bottom mount set up, 3" down pipe with 3" v-band. The person that welded it is the one that welds most of the stuff here at work, and yes it has been back purged. The downpipe was bought of off ebay i had this same downpipe in my last miata (see previous threads) never had any problems.
