FM Butterfly + Frame Rail
|
Interested. So if I were to buy it from you, you could drop it in Miami and save yourself the shipping. ;)
Let me know. |
I could do that. I go to school in Boca, maybe you could meet me halfway.

I can't make you wait for me. My forwarder is not open. I won't know until tomorrow how much he will charge me to ship it so, if anyone else wants it I can't interfere. Sorry |
Gotcha man, thanks!
|
Anyone have any idea of weight and dimensions?
Thanks |
Any chance you want to sell me just the Rails?? My frame rails are in desperate need of help.

Thanks And no idea on dimensions. And sorry MX, No can do, I don't want to sell em seperately. |
Hmm....well I'm not low enough to scrape around. I'll see what I can do about buying both parts, or at very least buy both parts and sell off the middle butterfly.
I'll get back to you. I live at 21146 to give you some idea on shipping. |
This is off topic but a question since you have the brace.
Are frame rail braces bolted to the body with only four bolts? |

I think my rails which are an older version used 8 on each rail.

I just bought the brace a month or 2 ago, there are 8 bolts per rail. It really tightens up the car. Wish this had been up a couple months ago, great price.
|
SOLD thanks guys

I just bought one a few weeks ago, but I havent installed it yet. It looks like 16 bolts on the frame rails. Does anyone else have any expeirence with it? Id love to know if it makes a big difference and if it was worth the money?
|
^ I have the butterfly brace.
It makes a big difference in overall stiffness of the vehicle, you won't be disappointed, well worth the money. The biggest pain in the ass is moving the brake & fuel lines,I spent almost 2 hours fucking around with them before I was satisfied. |
you got to be shittin me

It took me around 8 hours to install the BF brace, from jacking up the car and ripping half the interior out to bolting the last seat back in,it took 2 days(had to let the undercoating I sprayed on the holes I had to drill, dry overnight). |
