FS: 01-05 MSLabs MS3 Basic +LC1 wideband
I now have 3 cars of my own, plus a work vehicle, and no longer have the time to tweek and tune my miata as much as I use to. I don't think I could ever sell the miata, but I'm thinking of going back to the stock ECU for simplicity reasons...
This is one of the early MS3s that Rev made, before they were available stateside and you had to wait 2 months for him to build them by hand. According to my records, it was installed ~may 2013, I never had any issues with it that weren't attributed to my lackluster tuning skillz. The LC1 wideband is the same age. I have the sensor, and it still works. I could include it if asked nicely. I will not guarantee functionality or accuracy. You should really buy a new sensor, available at any auto parts store. The controller works great. $850 obo. Shipping is ~$30 depending on location. http://i272.photobucket.com/albums/j...pswhwjxrn2.jpg http://i272.photobucket.com/albums/j...psi6auvx3c.jpg http://i272.photobucket.com/albums/j...ps3tehkkh6.jpg http://i272.photobucket.com/albums/j...psvdvklygh.jpg |
Price is OBO, if your interested send me a PM.
Looking for mainly cash, but may be interested in a set FM NB springs or DIY coilover parts for bilstien. |
Price dropped, I found something cool and shiny to buy. Save $200+ vs new...

It should be obvious, but this is only PNP for the 01-05 years....

I guess the sticker saying "Application: 01-05" wasn't obvious enough, eh?
Not for some... :dunno: |
Bump, Make an offer. I tried to price it reasonably, but they don't exactly come up for sale that often...
|
Good price. Good luck.

Does this have the knock module and the ability to control VVT? What is different between this one and the one Braineack is currently selling - " 90-05 MS3X w/ Knock Module - $890 shipped "?

I haven't looked too much at the one Brianeack is offering, but doesn't that one use a patch harness? This one uses a custom board designed by Reverant and is completely plug and play. No extra wires need to be run. MS Labs - Miata Accessories - Miata Turbo Forum - Boost cars, acquire cats. Here's a link to the trackspeed listing for it. MSLabs Megasquirt MS3 Basic Mine also has an LC1 wideband controller included($125ish) |

Posting some of spals q/a for others...
No splicing of the harness is necessary. A vacuum line needs to be run from the intake manifold. The wideband controller is powered/data from the DB37 connector on the back. No need to splice wires for it. The DB37 connector will fit through a ~1in hole. I drilled my firewall for easy install. It could be installed with no drilling, it just takes a little more ingenuity. Yes, they were cheaper when they came out originally. IIRC here was a 2 month wait time and shipping from greece was $texas. My original purchase price was $990 without the LC1. I am fairly firm on the price, I'm willing to deal a little on it. Discount Tire Direct's sale ends the 21st, I will probably reinstall it after that... |
Still available.
