pm me if you decide to part out.

mankiew 03-29-2012 06:55 PM

strongly prefer not to part.

scootermx-5 03-29-2012 10:26 PM

do you know what hp this turbo is good for?

mankiew 03-29-2012 11:44 PM

I don't have that info

I'll have to look up which t3 it is. @14psi running rich it trapped at 113.8 which is good for estimated ~250hp at the wheels.

That is an interesting air filter sir.

mankiew 04-02-2012 10:07 PM

bump. a few new pics added of the turbo. let me know if you want any more pics or info

Miater 04-03-2012 12:10 AM

What does the wastegate dump to? At what RPM were you seeing boost/ full boost?

mankiew 04-03-2012 12:55 AM

down toward the ground. I had plans to extend it. I never had the kit installed as I now have a 1.6 with a fMII. I believe the previous owner told me full boost 14 psi ~3500rpm

he only had it on the car for a short time ran the 12.7 @114 and then went with a far more radical setup and ran a 10.9x@139

If only this were for a 1.6L....

sledgods 04-03-2012 01:37 PM

I have no clue.

Does anybody have any info on shipping with Greyhound?

I just did a quick internet search...From the little info I can see somewhere around $100-150

let me know if you are interested,
Craig

Will the downpipe be in the way if i have ac and ps?

mankiew 04-07-2012 03:02 PM

I can't say for sure. It was previously installed on a car without ps or air. I would assume it won'twork on a car with ps or air to be safe.

Dparks7 04-09-2012 12:25 PM

if only you would sell without the electronics/piggybacks id already have this

carnut169 04-14-2012 10:37 PM

Interesting. What else would be needed to fit on a 96?

seanoconnellmail@yahoo.com

mankiew 04-14-2012 11:10 PM

You'd need to make intercooler piping at least. Where are you located...since I STRONGLY prefer not to ship from Milwaukee.

soviet 04-15-2012 02:32 AM

> dat wastegate dump

how did it not melt anything?

RyanLewo 04-18-2012 01:45 PM

Where in Milwaukee are you located? I wouldn't mind checking it out!
