FS 1996 miata 1000

Not une but a great find. Wish I had th emoney and a space to put it. Someone grab it whike its there.

75k ish miles on the odometer. Car has been owned by me since 1999 or thereabouts. Car has been non-operated for the past 3 years. I just got it working this past week and took it out for a spin and lots of knocking noise is coming from the motor after a spirited run to redline. I am assuming the worse and a tear down / rebuild is in order or a motor swap. Anyway, I am ready to off load it, had it ran fine I would have kept it as an alternate daily driver but it is just an extra vehicle taking up space right now. Car has various mods added over the years. 5 setting adjustable Tokico suspension. Jackson Racing header, high flo cat (also have stock cat for smogging), Borla-Cat-Back exhaust. Hard Dog rollbar (a real functional rollbar). Body is in decent shape, a few small dents and dings. The motor is running right now, no check engine codes. I also still have the original suspension and original cat-bat exhaust but I do not have the original header. Interior is in good shape, some bleaching from the sun but no tears in fabric, etc. The car is white with black top. The car is more than salvageable at this point with a proper motor repair. Maybe a buyer will be in luck and the problem will turn out to be not so bad. Or it'd make a good parts car.
