90% complete starion intercooler system
Selling my 90% complete J I M B starion intercooler system. I ran it in this condition with no problems for 2 years.
I'm asking $250 + shipping. I have not boxed it up yet, so it may take a day or two before I can get a quote together. It will be shipping from 48237 using UPS.
Comes with
-Starion Intercooler
-Mandrel bent 2" pipes
-Vibrant silicone couplers
-Turbo XS type S BOV. The bung is already welded to the pipes.
-Worm clamps
What you will need
-Brackets for intercooler
-I am including all of the worm clamps I used, however a few will need replacing
-The bottom passenger side rubber elbow might have a leak
-Vacuum hose for BOV
The intercooler: Has some bent fins, nothing unusual. Has been painted silver. No major damage.
Front
Back
Pipes
All pipes are painted silver. All silicone couplers are in good shape.
The damaged coupler. These are the stupid original radiator hoses that came with the kit. Last year I ran over a tire (above my avatar) and it hit this. As far as I know it doesn't leak, but I would replace them anyway. The intercooler inlet is 1.75", and the pipes are 2". I would use a 90 degree 1.75" coupler.
Turbo XS type S BOV. This works perfectly, no problems. It doesn't leak at idle, so it is AFM friendly. I even have the original box. Comes complete with the allen key, adjustment washers and aluminum bung (steel is already installed). Just oil it when you install it.
Thanks for looking.
