FS: BEGi 1.8 cast manifold w/ extras and SR20 turbo fittings + flanges + feed line
4 Attachment(s)
Hello everyone. Here is part one of my turbo parts for sale. Part two <<
Up first is a BEGi 1.8L cast iron turbo manifold that I purchased from a fellow MT.net moderator. I only ran it for a few days with new hardware, so the added miles under my ownership are probably 300 or so, if that. The included extras are: -NEW, unused 10mm studs from BEGi -TSE 10mm inconel studs w/ nuts and clips -gaskets, nuts, and washers from BEGi -EGR fitting and plug alternative from BEGi -compressor heatshield from BEGi I would like to get $320 shipped via UPS Ground w/ insurance. **SOLD!! Pictures: https://www.miataturbo.net/attachmen...1&d=1318585669 https://www.miataturbo.net/attachmen...1&d=1318585674 Next up is my complete fittings, flanges, and oil feed setup for Garrett SR20 T25 or T28 turbochargers. Everything was purchased brand new with the same conditions noted above. The oil drain flange is 1/2" NPT and will come with a -10AN fitting but no line, so you will have to decide on what length is appropriate for your setup. The included parts are: -compressor inlet flange 2.5" -compressor outlet flange 2.0" -3AN oil feed line with IF fitting to turbo and fitting to block -2x 14mm banjo bolt fittings with 3/8" pre-measured hoses for water -oil return flange w/ gasket and -10AN fitting -all necessary bolts and washers I would like to get $200 shipped via USPS Priority w/ insurance. **Price drop to $180 OBO** Picture: https://fbcdn-sphotos-a.akamaihd.net...05055703_n.jpg I have been PayPal verified since 2004 :) Thanks for looking! ~ALan |

good prices! interested in the TSE hardware if you decide to separate.
|
Just FYI this was my old manifold. I got it new in the fall of 2007 and put about 20k miles on it in 3.5 years.
|
The manifold set is a pending sale to Pete "skir".
Leonid - I will let you know if it does fall through. Lars - Thanks for the details. It was a question that came up actually heh. |

Wow great deals.
|
payment sent for the manifold, iconel stud set etc.
|
The manifold has been sold. Also, I am asking for $180 OBO for the SR20 plumbing. All reasonable offers will be entertained! Combined shipping is available with what I have listed in "part two" as well.

Al, I got the manifold and other stuff through today, thanks for an easy transaction with good communications :)

Good luck with the manifold. I hope it serves you as well as it did me.

Hey Pete! I am glad that it arrived there safe and sound :) It seemed like the longest part of the package's journey was between your customs and residence lol. Also, I just read your message now.
What worked for me with the EGR was screwing and attaching the pipe first with the manifold not yet mounted to the head. Afterward, it is easier to "persuade" the pipe into place as you install the manifold already attached haha. |

I guess you had to disconnect the EGR from where it is connected at the back of the block so the pipe had a bit more 'wiggle room'? And then probably bend it a bit as a guess? What year car were you fitting it to? |
Good morning bump! I apologize Pete =X totally missed your post but assume you managed fine heh.
$140 shipped for the fittings, flanges, and oil feed setup! The DP and two injectors are still available as well. |

Ah, okay then. It was fitted to my 1994 USDM MX-5. What I did was:
-disconnect EGR tube from factory manifold -thread it onto the turbo manifold w/ supplied fittings -force it into shape while simultaneously mounting the manifold to the head It should simply bend into place once the manifold sits flush. Afterward, you should be able to tighten the connection and install the mounting hardware. Hopefully that helps clarify a bit more :) |
ok, thanks for that. I suspect it may still not fit as my car is an '04 and looking at the stock egr pipe from the manifold it is quite long. I need to ask around to see if anyone else has fitted this manifold to my year car.
At worst I will need to get the manifold drilled and a egr bung welded to it to accept my egr pipe. Thanks for the info. |
You should be okay since the part is listed for '94-'05 1.8L vehicles. The tube is rather long since it wraps around the motor to the valve on the other side. Hopefully it remains a bolt-on affair haha.
