FS: Borg Warner EFR-6258 (V-band), and Precision 6262 (KKK)
 

Only one of these is probably appealing for the Miata, but I might as well put them both here!
I have a BW EFR-6258, V-band in and out, internally recirculated, external wastegate version (no wg). The boost control solenoid is unused, and the turbo was only used for two years for hillclimbs and autocrosses. I'm building a bigger motor and am going with a bigger turbo (Porsche 944, not Miata).
I am located in Portland OR, and will ship in the conus - outside the US looked to be a few hundred dollars.

I also have a Precision 6262
This turbo came on my Porsche 944 Turbo S when I bought it, and I have rebuilt the motor since. It has a KKK hot side, which is built by Speed Force Racing to be fitted on the 944 Turbo, however it could be used on any car with KKK flanges (this is not a factory option for a 6262).
This is ball bearing, not journal.
In December of 2013, Precision went through the turbo and re-sealed it. I pulled it the next year when I bought the car. It's in great shape, and has been on the shelf since I pulled it.
I can include a Synapse BOV with it if desired, as I am no longer using it!

Is the efr still available?

The EFR has technically sold on eBay, though it's been almost two weeks waiting on an address to send it to... Ill let you know if it falls through.
The Precision is quite negotiable. Doing me no good here
