Something tells me you're dodging vendor fee's with all these brand new wheel threads. Or do you really have like 8 or 10 sets of the SAME brand new wheels in your garage?

I bought a couple of sets with the intentions of running a few different setups for my street/track/autox/rally Miata and Civic. These wheels fit the bill of being much cheaper/stronger/lighter than the 949 wheels so I bought an unrealistic amount.I am going to be running spec miata exclusively so I am getting rid of the 8s for 7" wheels.

Funny I haven't seen a single set crack vs a ton of 949 wheels cracked. In any event the wheels are still for sale.

Look closer. Konig Flatouts say RAVS on them, not RAYS. Thats why.

blkmkiii, during our correspondence on the wheels you told me these were not available through Goodwin Racing (you stated you were sure they were out of them) and that the Konig Flatouts were not being produced anymore, well I did indeed place an order with them yesterday afternoon and have already received a tracking # from them on the order for the Bronze Flatouts in the same size as you are hustling here. Yep, I know I'm the new guy w/o a track record but (Don't know if Goodwin is a site sponsor or not) just wanted to let potential buyers know.

I had said that the flatout has been discontinued for almost 3 years. Which is 100% factual information. Call Konig for yourself. 516-822-5700 or check their web page...Not even in the discontinued wheels section they have been gone for that long. We worked out $500 shipped did we not? how much did you pay, ohhh thats right! $549. Sweet you burned $49 :loser: . So before you go running your mouth like a complete nutcase; get your facts strait.

Just checked the email again, you said Goodwin did not have any in stock, you were sure of it. You showed your true colors with your childish response above, again.....Buyer Beware.

P.S. You wanted me to pay the 2.9% Paypal fees so technically yes I did pay $34.50 over your price. Very cheap insurance to know I was dealing with a known entity, I could only imagine what trying to straighten out a situation with a damaged wheel or whatever with YOU would be like.

Ok jerk offs busting on this seller, listen up. I bought this exact color/ size/ wheel from this guy months ago. They're currently mounted on my car. I paid him and he shipped them to me. Simple as that. As far as him claiming the discontinue of these wheels, I'm not sure or interested in that. Do you want to buy the wheels he's selling? Yeah? Then pay him and enjoy your new wheels.

Why in the world would goodwin have a wheel in stock that was discontinued? It's like going to a car dealer and expecting to see a 2011 car brand new on the lot. I suggest you go to the website (they don't answer their phone) and order some, my order departed Fedex's Bloomington, CA yesterday and is in route. Yes they are the Konig Flatouts 15 x 8, 4 x 100 in 25mm offset in Bronze. You said that you were sure they had none in stock, insinuating you were the last source for them, I still have the texts on my phone and email from you, you did lie. I will enjoy the new wheels, believe me, and I'm NOT your pal.

No dog in this fight, but these were a brand new wheel in early 2012 when I bought two sets, and Goodwin still has them in stock...

$400 sounds like a pretty reasonable offer for a 2nd hand set.

I bought two sets of wheels from him and they both arrived fine, so I'm happy. Doesn't mean I like the guy, but you pay $$, you get wheels (and with fast shipping).

Because he seems to like to refer to me as such, he did it twice. If you are going to try to insult me and want to be effective, I suggest you read the prior posts.

Yeah, I'm just some DB that browsed his for sale thread, was lied to by seller to try to coerce / secure a sale (his condescending arrogant tone was present in his texts and emails also), then when I called him out and warned others he immediately took to the offense (see post # 35) saying "So before you go running your mouth like a complete nutcase; get your facts strait."

Since I knew I was right (Goodwin, a forum sponsor, had them in stock) and I knew he was wrong (he said I could not buy them from Goodwin) and he decided to go down the name calling / insult path, I simply replied to each of his posts. Every time he posted he dug his hole deeper, had he not done so and had been anywhere near honest this thread would still be on it's 2nd page.

Believe it or not I do not go out of my way looking for an argument or drama, I have better things to do with my time. I am glad many of you have had good luck with the seller and are happy with your wheels, I would of preferred to be in that group and avoided this mess but when I smelled a rat I decided to go elsewhere with my business. If you are friends with the seller and want to take his side and childishly call me names too, have at it, Isn't going to bother me a bit.

You have no idea how much I agree with you, believe me I tried, by phone, by email then text, multiple times. I had no interest becoming buddies with the seller as I'm sure he had no interest in my approval in any way, I simply wanted to buy some freakin wheels for my Miata.

Now when it goes down the path it did, THEN he has the nerve to say I'm the issue and the problem, it's on.
