FS: Complete '94 Absurdflow 1.8/5speed/3.90 torsen drivetrain

2 Attachment(s)
$3500 + shipping, but does not include rear end or PPF.

Selling all the 4cyl bits that I'm removing from my car, engine, trans, diff, turbo stuffs. I will try selling it as a whole here before I attempt to part it all out.

'94 1.8. 175,180,180,185psi compression, cold/dry. It had 'less than 50k' when I got it and I put on maybe 25k. Royal purple & wix filters since I've had it. Engine came from mazmart.

1.6 era trans. ebay short throw shifter (raised fulcrum). Stock shifter in a box. Unknown mileage. Not much slop/backlash in it. My original trans had more slop when I bought the car with 90k miles on it.

3.90 torsen from a '99, drive shaft, 1 piece axles. Had less than 30k when I bought it, has about 55k on them now. Again bought it from mazmart.

PPF WITH fancy nuts (no Failflora missing parts here).

Silly intake manifold with throttle body pointing towards the fender. Original '94 intake manifold is M.I.A. but I can get one if needed.

This turbo manifold/3" downpipe with quick disconnect vband:
http://www.absurdflow.com/acpsthighmount.html
Cat or Exhaust NOT included. First little intercooler pipe after turbo included. Old K&N filter included. I made something like 245rwhp at 9psi dynojet with this in 90deg weather but I don't trust that dyno. This feels noticeably faster up top than my other manifolds that have dynoed 270/13psi with the same turbo.

FM aluminum flywheel. ACT clutch/pressure plate (307 ft-lb organic combo). 1.6 starter bolted to trans/1.8 starter in a box. Clutch slave cylinder NOT included. Motor mounts most likely not included if I can reuse them on the V6.

Garrett GT2560R. About 9 years old. Lots of miles but as-new shaft play. turbine blades are somewhat eroded. Stainless braided oil feed and drain lines. Two 8AN fittings welded to the oil pan, front fitting is capped.

half inch stainless dual-feed/center return fuel rail. RC440cc high-imp. injectors.

Coolant reroute with remote thermostat (oem). FM knock sensor/motor mount bolt combo gizmo. MSD wires for 1.8 coilpack (built-in ignitor). Exposed cam gears. 1.6 pulleys (vbelt) attached but 1.8 (multi-rib) pulleys included. Power steering pump can be included if you want it, same for the R12 a/c compressor.

Toyota COPs with bracket. Wiring harness uses GM style AMP connector. Car harness end not included.

Engine/trans is out of the car, I haven't removed the torsen/halfshafts yet.

I will probably remove the water temp and oil pressure sensors. The oil drain plug is tapped/plugged 1/8npt (I ran an oil temp sensor there).

Let me know when u ready to part out I'll take the motor n trans

TurboTim 02-07-2012 07:44 AM

Really? I wasn't parting it out because I figured the motor & trans would be the most difficult to get rid of. I'll give it a week or two or three and see what happens then I may part it all out.

Samakhan 02-11-2012 03:17 PM

yea if you do part it out, id be interested in the rear end for the right price

MOL 02-17-2012 11:49 AM

I would be interested in the turbo, manifold and dp if you part it out

RyanLewo 02-17-2012 12:07 PM

Second on manifold and DP if you part out, and depending on price at that point.

Moffitt 02-18-2012 02:19 PM

interested in the head if you decide to partout

18psi 02-18-2012 02:25 PM

Definitely not parting out the engine itself. If you want the head, you'd have to buy the entire engine.

2nd for the diff.

TurboTim 02-23-2012 08:09 PM

99% sure the diff will live on with the V6 swap unless someone buys this all-in-one before I get to that point in the build.

I cannot edit the main post, maybe a mod can.

$3500 for what's in post #1 except for the torsen rear stuffs & PPF.
