I had this (honda ultra mani and s90 70mm tb) made a few years before the skunk 2 setup came out. The flange is angled to get the intake manifold up high enough. The metal in the bay has to be cut for it to fit.

Fits 99+ heads, comes with the intake manifold, throttle body, plugs, and vacuum connections.
