How long is the shifter above the center console? More details on the shift knob: weight, diameter? Price for both shipped to 92649, possibly USPS Priority Mail flat rate box?

It's about 6-7 inches longer than stock, I don't know the weight of the shift knob and it's about 1/2" longer than the stock knob. $15+$30=$45+ flat rate I think is $8 soooo $53 total
