I charge an extra 3% with paypal transactions, and I'm honest about it. I also charge actual shipping rates. Many people will just jack up the shipping rate to cover the paypal fee.

As far as the buyer is concerned, it's usually in their best financial and time interest to pay the 3% surcharge than to go to the post office and buy a money order.

I've had a couple transactions with this seller and can vouch that he's a good dude. So anyway, if you want to be a dick for no reason, I'll just ban you and we can go about our merry way.
