Pulley is packed and currently ready to ship. I will ship via FedEx Ground or USPS to the conjoined United states with shipping prices included in the prices above. Great care is taken in packing on my part to make sure what you see is what you get. I will ship to Canada, Hawaii and Alaska at true shipping cost, please PM me your shipping code for proper estimate. I know I do not have a high post count but I just joined the miata community not to long ago, but I anticipate building some rep within the community. I have already sold items on CR.net, where I am also a new member of. Here is a little feedback from my old Nissan forum that I did most of my selling on:

Thank you and happy shopping,

Rick, was there anything in particular that you're interested in? Also do you still have that Protege Valve Cover I saw you post about in another thread? If it's 1.8L compatible I may be interested in it.

How many miles did your friend's '99 go with this pulley on it before the oil pump shattered?

I think in all cases of this it was the underdrive pulley coupled with either a high rpm N/A (8000) or a turbo.

Miahtahere 08-27-2012 12:54 PM

His '99 was NA and I now own it, oil pump isn't shattered.

Braineack 08-27-2012 01:47 PM

just so long as you dont boost with it or run high revs they work. but our harmonics do crazy things to oil pumps.

His was a drift car, reved high no issue. I understsnd the concept of our Harmonic Balancers however I believe under drive pulleys have been given a worse name then they deserve. Theres many Competitive Autocross cars running them fine for years.

because everyone that's blown up with them all had one thing in common: a turbo.

no question about it: underdrive pulley + turbo = dead oil pump. It WILL happen.

Fair enough, my buddy was NA.

Ryan, If it is still available I'm interested in the pulley for my CSP build (non-turbo!) Greg
