This is not a sale from ETD. I personally purchased a bunch of rods and I am selling some at a loss. I want to move on to other projects and therefore I want rid of them.

Are these lighter or stronger than 949 Racing's CAT rods?

Uh, 5/16 instead of..... 5/16ths. So what size are they? I'd also like to know what the diff between these and the CAT rods are, if any.

I don't have a set of CAT rods so I can't 100% compare. I can tell you that ETD had multiple companies bid on making their rods, and then the company they did not use due to QC issues decided to come to market with their product including the same damn part number.

They are great rods, and they are going for a smoking deal!

Payment sent. Sold.

And for reference's sake, ETD's website says the ARP 8740 rod bolts are 7/16" and not 5/16" as stated in this thread.

Hey! I still have another set for sale. You're cramping my style.
You might remember that I was quite involved with getting these rods to market. I needed a bunch of sets for My projects. I seem to like to hord parts around here.

Until John yells at me for selling mine to cheap, I want to get rid since I now have 2 motors running, and don't seem to need the others anytime soon.

Thanks!

I'm sorry, I wasn't aware of that! I wasn't around when you did the group buy (and I actually just ran into the thread concerning that).

BTW - ETDRacing's website says the bolts are 7/16" but in a few threads I have found, I've read 7/16" and 5/16", so which are they?

I still have some rods available.. I also want to make one quick correction. The rod bolts are 3/8" which is better than 5/16"

Can ship out on Monday or Tuesday!
