FS: Toyota COPS, Harness, & Mounting Plate
5 Attachment(s)
In efforts to buy a Canon T2i sooner rather than later, I decided I could part with a few car parts. I bought this COP setup (For 1.6L) from my car’s previous owner at the same time I bought the car. I’ve run these on the car without issues before, but since it acts up when the car is dead cold, I primarily use the stock coil which is why I’ve decided to part with the setup. If the car is warmed up it starts and runs FLAWLESSLY….if the cops are heated for a few seconds with a hair dryer prior to a cold start, it starts and idles FLAWLESSLY. For what ever reason if its dead cold (Without heating with a hair dryer) the car fights to start… I’m sure this problem has an easy remedy, but to be honest I don’t feel like figuring it out since my car runs fine on the stock coil and I want a damn DSLR, lol. One other quark I wanted to disclose up front was that when my car’s PO made this harness, he wired the gutted ignitor backwards, so it has to be plugged into the stock harness upside down….Anyways, help a brutha get his damn camera!
