I've decided to put my recently completed setup for sale to help fund a new project I'm going to work on. I spent a lot of time designing and building this kit. It is currently still on my car, but it will be off the car next week when I'm building an exhaust for someone. If I get my asking price during next week, I will ship it out, if not, it will probably go back on the car for a little bit until I sell it.

Manifold is built from 1.5 inch schedule 40 mild steel and was ceramic coated titanium gray inside and out. It has a flange for the tial 38 mm wastegate which is included in the sale. It is a shorty tubular design and flows very well, and is very solid. Manifold has a t3 flange.

Downpipe is seperated gases, and has a flex pipe on the wastegate tubing to help with vibration. The 3 inch flex pipe is located after the v band from the downpipe to the midpipe.

Exhaust is full 3 inch the entire way back, and goes through a magnaflow 22 inch muffler, the biggest muffler that will fit on a miata. It is super quiet when cruising. I also will include a bracket I made that prevents the exhaust from knocking on hard right turns, which it seems most 3 inch systems do. The bracket works well, but if you dont want to use it I would suggest the corksport urethane exhaust hangers.

The turbo is a ebay t3/t4 that has over 14k miles on it. The last time I checked, it had increased the amount of shaft play, and I think it is on it's way out. If I get my asking price, I will include a brand new ebay t3/t4 with the kit. This kit would really kick ass with a 3071 turbo. Other option is that if you have a 3071 or other t3 turbo, You can send me the turbo and I can modify the downpipe to fit with whichever t3 turbo you want. Current turbo hits full boost around 4k rpms, and hits very hard.

Intercooler is a 27x7x2.5 inch ebay cxacing intercooler. I made full one piece aluminum charge piping, so there are a total of 4 silicone couplers on the entire intercooler setup. there are 3 bungs welded into the cold side piping, and a flange for the silicone intakes BOV. 1 bung for IAT sensor located to not heatsoak, 1 bung for a wastegate signal line, and one 90 degree fitting that hooks into the IAC valve. IAT is not included, but BOV is, though it is not the greatest blow off valve, it worked well for me.

I'm looking to get 1700 plus shipping for everything, but i will entertain offers, so send them by pm. This is everything you need to have a kickass turbo setup, minus ecu. If i get my asking price I will also include the turbo air intake and my cold air box setup.

If i get interest next week when it is off the car, I will be able to ship it as soon as I receive payment.

Sadly I have not had it dynoed. I will look into it though if that is a big selling point.

Interested in manifold if you decide to part it out.

The manifold will only work with a custom made downpipe and exhaust like the one I have for sale as well. It would cost more than the price of the rest of the kit to have a compatible downpipe made.

I will be putting it in an AWD Protege so the down pipe would not do me any good and I just rebuilt my Garret 60 trim T3.

Keep me in mind if it comes down to it is all.

Are you going to build another turbo setup? What fuel management are you using now?

Yes I am going to be building another setup, but I want to sell my current kit to have some headroom on funds for parts. Currently using mspnp 94-95. If someone wants the megasquirt as a part of the rest of the kit, pm me.

tempting... What changes did you make to your fuel system? If I buy anything for a turbo setup, I want to get it all at once and do a one weekend start to finish.

Only fueling change was rc 440 injectors. I can include those too but they probably need to be flow tested and cleaned by like fuel injector clinic. just for peace of mind. Only thing you would need is a wideband sensor, which I need for my next setup, by i could also sell you that if you want the entire package from me. Send me a pm if you're still considering.

Does the exhaust meet up to the DP in the same location as any other DP or are the lengths different?

The lengths are different.

Put it on a dyno. I think it will help your cause..

What wideband o2 do you have currently?

i have the aem uego it rocks

If given the chance to do it again would you go with a digital wideband, correct me if I'm wrong but isn't the uego analog only? I'm new to advanced tuning like this, I've never gone beyond the basic intake/exhaust/chip/timing/cam type bolt on mods.

This is the exact gauge i have. At first I had an innovate lc-1 and hated it. It was very finicky and difficult to setup, i could never trust it, which meant i could never drive the car with confidence in the tune.

The AEM has everything you need to use with the megasquirt. You just hook up the output to pin 10 on the megasquirt, and voila, perfect sync, no calibration or anything.

If you buy my kit with the aem, i am going to buy the exact same gauge again. I'm just offering it to you because it wil make your install easier :) I also remembered that i have an egr block off tube that i will also include if the entire kit is sold.

Is your $2400 asking price including the new turbo like you had mentioned before? I'm pretty interested.

I can do 2450 with a BNIB ebay turbo that I will have to order, or 2300 without a new turbo. 2300 is as low as I'm going to go for the whole setup, But that will include every part that i've said so far, plus whatever i find that is necessary when taking the kit off the car. The current turbo is still going strong, just has a little more shaft play than originally.

Its a journal bearing garrett that i believe is brand new for a pretty good price. I can get the turbo shipped to me, or i can buy it, and make sure the downpipe fits and modify it if need be. This turbo would make the setup pretty bulletproof in my opinion.

As far as getting a dyno run, if that is a true selling point for someone, pm me and we can discuss. As far as I'm concerned, a dyno run is 130 in my area, and not worth it to show off numbers that can change so easily based on psi. I dont have a built motor, and ive always been conservative with the boost, so a dyno run would just be at the 10 psi its set at. Bottom line is, this setup is powerful enough to bend rods in your stock motor. If you want some comparison to other cars, this setup has embarrassed a couple srt-4's, and i was neck and neck with a modified sti.

Anyone who wants a Dyno pull is stupid. Eliminator made almost 600hp with that turbo @ 30+psi and a manifold that wasn't as nice as this one.

I can probably wait that long as long as nobody offers me my asking price until then. I just want to sell it as soon as possible because i need to get some seed money for my next project.

How much money would you want down to save it? If I were to buy it I would want the complete, absolutely everything needed to bolt on and play without anything else, setup. I wish the downpipe and manifold were a bit more universal in case of future changes but overall it looks like a well built setup. I'm hoping to move a few projects this week and may have some money to put down.

10 percent down? so thats 220 dollars of 2200 for everything. If thats too much lmk. Do you want me to have the injectors sent out for cleaning or purchase an extra turbo?

If you put down the 220 for deposit i will do one of those for free, and if you want both then you can pay for the other one. Injector cleaning is 100 and a new turbo is 150. This is the link to the turbo that I would get, the exact same one i have been using for 15 k miles now.
