There was a bit of rubbing with the oil feed line I believe. Hasn't gone through and still looks solid.

Compatible with ac and ps?

That's a great question. I didn't have either, so couldn't say. I'd imagine it would at least not be compatible with A/C due to the mounting and monstrous size.
