Seats are non-FIA. It looks like the axis power racing site is down, so it's possible they've disintegrated, they had a lot more info on their site in the past. The driver's seat is their smaller size (they have 2 sizes). They say that through waist 34 is comfortable. I've had people size 36 in it that were okay with it (though snug). The passenger seat is the larger size (they say through 38 is comfortable, though I've had larger in them.) I bought them 2.5 years ago, spring of 2012.
