So while I wait for a new one. I went ahead and reported my waste gate. I was getting just a tad bit of creep so lets see if this finishes it off for good.
I am sorry that my exhaust is to good.

I figured out how to add a 4th hanger for the NB's. It is not the prettiest, but it will be functional.

So you aren't having all of your welds x-rayed? Lol. I wish I could weld worth a crap. I guess I should practice.

Good solution on the hangar.

at getting welds x-rayed. I don't even know where to go to get that done. Nor would it be worth the price.

Agreed, nice hanger solution

Must be hard to get all the welds perfect. I have to say that the customer service can't be beat.

Just make a jig where you can bolt the mani down and pressurize it to check for leaks.

If you were going to use smoke wouldn't duct tape make a good fixture?

A jig with a hose connector for a outdoor water hose would work fine too.

I have a argon plate now for the head flange now, I need to order a block off plate for the t3 flange. I should be doing that this week when I order my other t3 flanges and erg block off plates.

I got Bond's NB setup nearly complete. Mid pipe is mostly tacked together, I need to cut it apart and re-weld one section because it moved on me, but I should hopefully get that done today. Then final welding on the downpipe and mid pipe and it will be good to go.

After that I will start on the last one. Hopefully I can get it done this week. I am looking forward to having a break after these to get some personal work done on my cars and get the 1.6 setup worked on. Test car is local and lined up.

So I want to come back where bahurd talks about clearance around the rear diff brace. I have tried my best to make sure it fits around and does not hit there, but it is the most difficult area to get enough clearance.

Looking around on miata.net I found this about FM exhausts on a turbo car. One quote that I thought was very appropriate is.

Even FM exhausts occasionally hit and need rubber on to keep them from clanking around.

I wrapped some exhaust wrap around it and likely will just loosely clamp it to the brace so it doesn't bang around.

Worst case, I'll do some 'massaging' with a mallet for clearance. No biggie...

So I am hoping this is not a permanent issue rather a settings or configuration issue. But Im not getting full boost (14psi) till 3rd, 4th and 5th. Please tell me the chinacharger will spool full in at least 2nd gear. I am going to keep playing with CL but damn I didnt have this issue with the 2560.

It may not. Neither the T2 ChinaCharger or the GT2871 I have run would hit full boost in first or second when I had it above 12psi. It would just go through the rpm band to quickly to spool that high.

I have not tested my personal setup higher then wastegate yet so I don't have something to compare yours to yet. What do the logs in TS say you get? When doing pulls and trying to log a specific gear I hit the spacebar key the same number of times of the gear I am in. This way when I am looking at the log later I can count the number of marks in the log and know which pull gear pull it was.
