Hey Im in Daytona Beach, I was wondering what the difference in sound is without the cat. I have heard nothing but good news about the RS Midpipe, but never seen this mod. Is it louder/quieter without cat, and how did the actual exhaust TONE change, raspier/smoother?

I have to drive to and from SWFL on occasion to go home, much drone on highway?

Note: My Miata is a naturally aspirated 2001, bought an axle-back exhaust from Jason at EnthuzaCar, it made it a little louder and sounds pretty good, but I want some more. Will the RS Midpipe fit and will it be TOO MUCH sound w/o the cat on a n/a car?

I'm N/A too with RB header and RS3 exhaust. Tone wise, it sounds very agressive when accelerating, not raspy at all. I can hear the radio just fine while cruising - minimal droning. BTW, I have decided to keep it but highly recommend it.
