I believe these also work on NA if you have the NB upper mounts. These have around 5,000 miles on them.

1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005 including Mazdaspeed (MSM).

Comes with everything pictured. I was only able to locate one of the adjustment wrenches.
