These take H3 bulbs which will need to be replaced. I spoke with Retrofit Source and for $200 you can update them with the HID kit and make these 100X better than the cobalts low profile set up.

 

Tacoma to pittsburgh is a long haul. Best I can do is $200. shipped for the low profile headlights
