Parting 2002 Miata LS with ~4 miles
9 Attachment(s)
I picked up a salvage 2002 LS that was damaged shortly after coming off the transport (truck drove over the nose). Airbags are blown.
It was stripped to become a S/C 20b rotary drag car. Some parts ar not available yet as I haven't stripped the torsen, suspension, or body panels off of the roller. All parts were removed by Mazda dealer mechanics with everything being unplugged & unbolted. Packages can be put together if you buy early (before the individual parts are sold) for example:
Mechanical Cruise control system Exhaust, midpipe, cat, presilencer $150 Exterior Front bumper cover (cracks in support near radiator edges) $75 Front fenders (primer) $125/ea. Right tail light $125 Interior parts include: Clock spring Combo switch (w/ cruise) $75 Console $250 Dash $200 gauge cluster $150 gauge hood $65 Glove box $30 Heater core $75 Owners manual $25 Power antenna $75 Power window regulators $150 radio bezel $50 Steering wheel $100 Suspension Sway bar front $30 Sway bar rear $30 Endlinks front $30 Endlinks rear $30 Springs, front (new w/ tags) $60 Control Arm rear lower right $100 Control Arm rear lower left $100 Control Arm rear upper right $75 Control Arm rear upper left $75 Rear subframe $300 Power plant frame $150 Prices are high, but the items are essentially new. I may be able to be convinced that my prices are way out of line, but I know they aren't that far off of salvage yards with 40-50k mile parts. For example, the shiny bit on the the carpet is the original new car protective plastic. Yes, there is some dust on things from sitting around for 9 years. Obviously some things are easier to ship than others. All parts are located either in Seattle area or Moses Lake, WA. Cost = price + shipping + 1/2 PayPal fees. |
I'll take the exhaust (muffler), pm sent.
|
What will you be wanting for the torsen when it comes out?
|
I might be interested in the shift knob. PM a price.
|

that blows man.
as for parts , I need the upper radiator support (from left fender wall to right - spot welds must be drilled out) and the aluminum plate between the bumper and radiator support (center of bumper) Trying to fix a wreck Attachment 189367 |
Sorry, there's practically nothing aside from the outer skin in front of where the engine was on mine. Now if it was the back, I have some real nice emerald green parts...
I also have factory unpainted (primer) fenders & hood, but they'd be pretty tough to ship safely. |
I am so sad you aren't closer. I suspect the shipping of the hood, rear bumper, and trunk would make the cost to me unreasonable, but I need emerald green mica panels :(

soft top?
|
The soft top was the first item sold.
|
would the cruise stuff work on my 94 r package
|
I don't know. I've been thinking about it myself, but I rarely see enough freeway miles to need the cruise.
I'll have a poke around a bit this weekend and see what I come up with. A '94 R is about the only car that I can see doing that with as that's what I have sitting in the driveway. |
Got my stuff. Great condition. Thanks!
|
nevermind... thought you had both tails.
|
PM me about Diff with axles, w/o driveshaft, shipped to 32127.
