No powdercoated as in using an electrical charge to spray a powder and baking it in the oven to make it flow. I took the pics outside when it was cooling down.

Here's an example before calling me out.

Heres more "Spray painting in the backyard" you can even see it go from powder to hard plastic which is what powder coating is.

Well, by calling you out, you just proved to us that you have mad powder coating skills that we were unaware of. Just trying to help :)

Enginerd 03-06-2010 12:36 PM

I aim to impress, even blow the mind away.

I think it was the Honda in the background that gave your credibility the heaviest blow...but damn that's some nice work.

Don't they say not to use a regular home oven for baking?

AlexO35 03-06-2010 04:21 PM

You can use a regular home oven. Just can't use it for baking ever again.

lol, I was going to make the first comment, but I thought it might be a DIY job. Looks good.

pumaking 03-06-2010 11:05 PM

you guys are brutal :P. John just like Alex said you can never use it to cook again, also never use a gas oven for powder coating as well.

dustinb 03-06-2010 11:48 PM

If it was a 1.8 manifold I would be buying it right now. Sorry, they aren't compatible. :(
