I reviewed a good bit of the thread, but I may have missed it, was there ever any interest in doing an aluminum version? I don’t need add’l room for cooling, but I would like to drop as much weight off the front as possible. Either way, it looks like this is the thing to do if the plan is to also cut the top of the core support so engine swaps can happen easily through the front, correct?

Thanks

Coroplast or something short for corrugated plastic

Corflute - you can buy sheets of it at large hardware stores (eg. Bunnings in Australia)

Going to a group buy format again and will be rolling batches of bars out in groups of 10. If you want in on this current batch send me a pm to get on the list.

Matt you should consider making tabs for splitter rods built right into the front bars
