A 1.8 Protege valve cover WILL NOT fit a 1.6 Miata, where did you get that idea from??

I forgot where I heard it, but I will edit it right now :noob: Will it fit any other miata?

kotomile I will be purchasing some red/black wrinkle due to the high volume of request from the honda crowd looking for that OEM finish on valve covers...

your powerdercoating is awesome!! vouch for a great seller!!!

zoom2zoom 10-14-2008 02:55 PM

The Protege is a 1.8 and shares the Miata 1.8 block/head, thus it will fit the 1.8 Miata.

Thanks I never researched it, just thought I remember hearing it...and I am guessing the 1.8 you are referring to only applies to 94-97?

Thank you sir, some of the stuff IMO is so-so, but after a week I am learning more and more techniques and hopefully getting better.

Heat shield was sold... PMs replied for powder coating

99NBMia 10-16-2008 11:13 AM

Pms replied again...my oven can only fit 16x18x8 parts...but I can do longer thin pieces at an angle such as the BMW valve cover.
