Has Revlimiter EUNOS label on it. He can make you a replacement label if you'd like one, they're 42mm - he charged me $20 a few years ago. Your results may vary. :)
Also, the rubber seal is pretty hardened. Recommend replacing. It still works though.

This is how I adapted the hoses to the hard lines. Not sure what a better way is, but I don't really recommend this method, it was painful to mount and I fought leaks for a while. These pieces are NOT included - simply showing how I mounted to the hard lines.
