Kotomile,since you have a picture of him and all his personall info,you should start up a profile on Facebook,Myspace and anything else you can think of and warn people that he is a skinner and rapist.If you wanna go further,find out what highschool he went to and spam some of his former classmates with the same info.

If this does not get his attention,nothing will.

When I was in HS some POS kid we knew robbed a friend of mine. He didn't think we knew who he was, we knew where he lived even.. Drove some 1984 Bronco that was all lifted up with 44" tires on it.

Late late late one night my buddy goes over there with a pan and drains his oil out and takes it. Kid ended up scrapping his precious truck.
