SOLD
Pair of Elise sport ProBax seats with Elise seat rails and mounting brackets to bolt into a Miata. Drivers side is on a slider, passenger side is not adjustable. Overall great shape, minor blemishes pictured. Brand new would cost ~$4k without adapter brackets. Selling the complete setup for $2000. Will ship at buyers expense, or local pickup in San Jose, CA. |
Sport means non probax? What's the comfort like? I'm interested.

These are ProBax sport seats, forgot to mention that important detail! Comfort is great - easy ingress/egress while still holding you pretty well for spirited driving.

Awesome. I'm guessing these can't be used with six point harnesses?

I had them shipped to me from NY when I bought them; shouldn't be much more than about $100ish to ship them to you.

I bought a set of 2005 Lotus seats and found them extremely uncomfortable/hard. I found a company in the UK that manufactures the Probax inserts (cost about as much as the seats themselves) and it really transformed the seats into comfortable seats. If you have the choice between non-Probax and Probax seats, ALWAYS choose the Probax seats, even if they're a few hundred dollars more. |

I believe all Lotus seats after 2005 came with Probax padding - pre-Probax seats came with a lumbar support pump which wasn't needed with the Probax padded seats.
