Spearco Plate and Bar Intercooler
Awesome intercooler with 2.5" in/out, 3.5" core thickness, 18"x6" core.
This is heavy duty, high flow and has a high number of passes compared to end tank ebay-coolers and the best way to go. Recommended by Corky Bell in his book "Maximum Boost". http://lh4.ggpht.com/_LCqV-xbgfGg/Sz...0/IMG_0304.jpg 500$ shipped to Con-N/A. Please contact me at jimspyridakisatgmaildotcom thanks! |
Might be high flow, but it's efficiency rating will be lower due to the short runners. Still a beast of an IC.

It looks like you're parting your whole car. Why not just make 1 thread and not have to keep up with like 10? Just a friendly suggestion

I've actually read on the other forum where Corky cited that the long horizontal runners have advantages over the short. As you said "pluses and minuses".
What would sell this IC are some pics of the inside- end tank to runner transition, and maybe a mention of better end tank flow over china coolers? |

Yes- that is one of the reasons that this IC costs more than the china coolers. Every china cooler I've seen looks as though that area is designed to disrupt flow. You should show more of a close up, or bigger image so the transition is obvious. It does look like the separation between runners is peaked and then drops into the runner.
