SuperMiata 4-Puck Sport Clutch + ACT Flywheel
Selling: SOLD
$175 shipped - ACT 13lb Streetlite Flywheel This combo is actually pretty street friendly and easy to modulate. It held up to 350hp/330tq before we stopped tuning. I am switching to a BMW drivetrain so won't be needing these anymore. Parts have around 5k miles but my machine shop ran the pressure plate through an ultrasonic bath, hence the missing paint. Only shipping to lower 48. https://cimg2.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.mia...849a72f2d3.jpg https://cimg3.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.mia...61090cdebd.jpg https://cimg1.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.mia...e88fa6375a.jpg https://cimg0.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.mia...2ccd319938.jpg https://cimg9.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.mia...8cc82aad82.jpg https://cimg7.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.mia...e7831cf983.jpg |
GLWS! FYI, these puck discs are backordered until mid-July...I just ordered one with their pressure plate. I already have a ~10# flywheel being resurfaced from the original owner's FM level one Happy Meal kit that was installed around 2010. I'm glad to read your experience, I'll be running less power through it (GT2560 around 18 psi, maybe 275 WHP) and the FM rated at 318 foot pounds torque was slipping with an organic friction disc that looked nearly new, couldn't have had more than 20-25k miles on it but was raced by both previous owners. If you had posted just a few hours earlier I might not have to wait 9-10 weeks to break in my newly built forged engine. LOL!

Either way, this clutch definitely is IMO the best option for maxing out a 6spd out of everything I've owned or driven. I've also had issues with the FM clutch design so It was a relief this one is so easy to drive. Hope you enjoy it! |
