Tig welded JGS 1.8 manifold
got me a JGS w/ T2 flangehttp://memimage.cardomain.com/ride_i...0139_large.jpg
it did crack once but :noob: mistake, i had not welded inside but now it's done. to be honest; if you have a large turbo it might interfere with the frame rail on the car but that's sorted with a hammer. see pic; http://memimage.cardomain.com/ride_i...0140_large.jpg |
Sorry man, forum rules require you to post a price.

^ I cant see your turbo draining properly with the drain being below the oil level in the pan.
|
it does. but thanks.

i should explain, i used this mani for a couple of years after which it developed a crack between 2 and 3 that I repaired. this weld has caused it to bow again. it needs a quick pass on a planer to be used again. as i said in another thread, exhaust heat wont warp it, welding will.
