Troubleshoot my MS for $

I guess this is the right place to post this...

I am sick of having a non-working MS holding my progress and I can't seem to find time to get this working by myself. I gave it a go a few weeks back where I was able to get the engine to run, but only to find out it was only on 1 coil driving cyls 2 and 3. Read here: https://www.miataturbo.net/forum/t31235/

Now I just want to ship it off to someone and pay for your time to get it working. I'm thinking $50 plus I pay shipping of course. Anyone up for it?

Post your msq here. And how do you have everything wired up, specifically the outputs circuits for the ignition and how is this tapped into the vehicles wiring? Are you sure the coil isn't bad?

Here's a test: Switch the plugs that supply power to the coil pack and also switch the sparkplug wires around that go to each coilpack. Now see if it's running on 0 cylinders of still 2, but now 1&4 vs. your previous 2&3. Need to know there's a problem with MS first.

Send it to Scott.

.msq attached. Detailed pics in the other post. Isn't the coil cause it runs fine when switching back to stock ECU.

I tried PMing Scott a few times with no response. I took this to mean he wasn't interested.

Again, how is it wired up. Is this a parallel or standalone MS? What pins from the DB37 are hooked to the coils? Etc. This could be a wiring problem.

Sorry, I'm at work right now and can't check that.

Still interested in shipping to someone to do the legwork for me. I have to finish an intake manifold gasket and axles on my DD after work so I can give my bro-in-law back his Range Rover. This weekend I am heading to Lake Powell to help my dad work on his outdrives on his houseboat. Somewhere during this time I need to do my homework and spend some time with the wife and kid...

I'm more than willing to pay for someone's time.
