Yes, it will fit a 99, as I have a 99 motor in my 91 . Lemme dig around, there's pics someplace.

I just wanted to clear any confusion, as I'm new, but will this fit a base Greddy kit for a 1.6 engine. I've recently aquired a base greddy kit with busted greddy manifold and was wondering if this was a direct replacement. If so, let me know if this is still available via email at HMac112@aol.com. Replacement GReddy manifolds can be had for cheap. Do a bit of searching on this forum, you'll find the link.

That's not how it mounts for the miata. The HKS manifold for the miata it top mount like the GReddy manifold.
