Yossi - Just to clarify I didn't file a "claim" against you. I called PayPal to see what they suggested based on the timeline, monetary amount and minimal communication with no firm commitment on shipping lead time. They then recommended and filed what they call a "dispute" which allows open communication with them being in the loop. They offered and I declined to file a "claim" which basically requires you to send them tracking information ASAP or the funds would be returned.
I'm not trying to instigate conflict, but I haven't heard anything from you in two weeks. The last communication we had didn't have a firm shipping lead time which I had asked for several times. If you had communicated that these motors weren't ready to ship and required 3+ weeks in this ad or when I asked via PM several times, my expectation would be much different. I'm trying to help out a friend locally who spun a bearing and wants to start participating at local autox events and maybe keep an extra for myself.
As a point of clarification I do ship internationally. I also work a day job that ships devices the size of a plane fuselage both domestically and internationally. I do have a general understanding of getting large things from place to place and I appreciate you taking care in shipping these items. But as you said yesterday (admittedly I didn't see your post until today after speaking with PayPal) you've barely started working on crating these engines. To that point, it shouldn't be my responsibility to chase down an old thread to get an update when I've asked several time directly.
As long as we can get things rolling I don't foresee things escalating any further.

I can only speak from my experience, and I have nothing to gain from making enemies. I hope this all moves forward to a happy ending.

I remember ordering that specific spacer and not receiving any sort of communication from the seller until after the scheduled delivery date had come and gone. At which point, communication was driven by ME reaching out to the seller for an update, not the seller contacting me out of the blue volunteering information.
I do love me some good ironing.

Perhaps the group buy for engines costing half (or less) than market USA price may not have been the best place to shop for an engine someone local needs NOW.
Same, I am still waiting for a response from you from 2017 regarding reroute spacer thickness which rendered my reroute essentially unusable because no radiator hose could fit between the outlet and the coolant plug. A moot point now functionally, but relevant to this discussion.

I replied to your spacer thickness issue with a product revision and an offer to swap out existing products for a new version.

Yossi has always delivered admirably in the past.
Group buys are always a much slower option for the trade off of significant financial benefits. Opening a dispute rather than contacting someone who is on the forum EVERY DAY is a dick move. Be nice instead.

A bit hollow, as this was pointed out to you almost exactly 2 years ago as well, and at that time you made no such indication that you were interested in doing so. It's fine, the car in question isn't even in existence anymore and i am now the proud owner of two Qmax reroutes. I'm not looking to get anything out of you besides an admission that perhaps those who throw stones shouldn't have two birds in the hand or whatever the proverb is. Especially, you know.... as a vendor on this site.

Tracking provided for @TheBandit's order.
@Scaxx and @BigEasy your engines are getting crates tomorrow and should be shipped next week.

I would like to throw out a good word to @TheBandit as we were able to resolve this situation outside of paypal. He is a stand-up guy and I wish him all the best in his businesses.
