Default CSC Racing Roll bar

So, I have a CSC Racing Rollbar that was installed in my car for a few months. It attaches to the floor behind the seats instead of the seatbelt tower so you do loose a couple of clicks of adjustment. I had the crossbars beefed up to the same size as the rest of the tubing. I have had to move to a Harddog sport because of a bad hip (yes, I'm serious )

I'm 6'1 and I fit fine but driving for many hours on end with my hip is torture to say the least even with the seat having full adjustment.

This Rollbar is located in Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada. I can ship to a canadian buyer easier but I can also make the drive to the US and ship if from there. I have never shipped something this big but I'm more than willing to try if you have any ideas. If you are interested, contact me and we can try to work something out.

$325 Firm + shipping

Edit: The top will fold flat and the pics show some body dust, the car was just back from the body shop.

350 shipped USD via paypal right now?

EDIT: Will it clear a glass rear window? And with the seats adjusted as shown do you hit your head on the bar? I'm only 5'7" so i'm a short fat guy... Just curious.

And any idea if this bar is considered legal for NASA/SCCA?

If only Maine were smaller i'd drive up and pick it up lol

I can't do it for $350 shipped as I have to drive it to the US and then ship it freight somehow. I don't think there is any double diagnol that works with a glass rear window. Head clearance was never an issue and neither was fitting in leg wise. I like sitting close to the wheel but my right hip strongly disagrees with me. I either have to mod the factory seat for comfort or find an aftermarket that works.

The bar should be legal for anything you plan on. It's 1.75" tubing and attaches to the floor and rear body section. Safety wise I felt better than the harddog because there was no screwing with seat belts. The harddog is much harder to install and I'm less than impressed with the seatbelt functioning.

I'm thinking about heading down to maine to buy a power boat. I'm only 3hrs from Bangor and 6hr's to Portland so a face to face may be able to be arranged.

I may be able to meet you somewhere in Maine or New Hampshire if that buyer falls through. Portland is easily accessible for me.

if that bar mounts in the back like a hard dog, you'll have to have the top panel cut to have it sit down right or it will lean forward to far to drive with

It's called a package tray. You will have to trim it, the rear legs go through it.

I'm going to weigh the bar and make some calls today to see what shipping would be like. It looks like I would have to drive atleast 3hrs to get it to a greyhound terminal.

I have looked around and UPS is insane about shipping. It seems like the only cost effective way to do this is Grey Hound Bus out of Bangor, Maine which seriously sucks because that is 3 hrs from me.

The Rollbar is 50LBS 48"x31"x29" so that puts it into the ~$65 range to ship it to NY.

If anyone wants it and is willing to pick it up at a geyhound terminal, then first come first serve. I'm off until June 28th so I can make the drive and ship it if someone gets ahold of me this week.

I'm in 06351. New London ct is the terminal closest... you want to give it a week or so to see if you can find somebody local to avoid the shipping hassle, then if not I'll take it?

It would be $65 for shipping if the only quote is correct.

You couldn't sell a set of coilovers for a miata up here. The only people that own miata's within 250 Miles here are the over 50 crowd. Preluding is the only guy a have met that has a modded miata and he lives an hour away from me.

If you want the bar and can paypal me tonight, I will jump in my truck in the morning and head down to Bangor. I'm taking a bath on the rollbar but atleast someone can get some use out of it.

I sent you a PM
