Post MS3 Mini problems

Hi there,
background info: Mazda MX-5 NB 99 1.6 (currently-)NA

So i bought a MS3 Mini a few weeks ago, wideband and vac line are installed. Fuel Pump works.
On startup it ran really rich AFR 9-10.
I´ve tried myself on the VE Fuel Table, on the lower left corner to get it to idle properly at arround 25 kpa fuel load @ 1100 rpm +/- and the AFR is arround 14.
But as soon as i tap the gas pedal it runs extremely lean 17-18 afr.
When i apply pressure to the pedal progressively the afr stays fairly normal.

I´ve attached the current tune and a screenshot of the original Fuel Map.

I´m just wondering if it´s normal to have such a low fuel setting for idle and if you guys see anything that is extremely strange or unnormal ?

This Table was the original unedited one

Thx in advance !

Here's my current tune and some startups that you can use to compare.

I'd recommend going back to the base map settings and then tune your ve table before touching the other stuff. Otherwise, you'll tune your startup settings, then you ve table, and then have to go back and retune your startup settings because they no longer work with your new ve table. My process for getting the initial ve table tuning out of the way is to turn on ve analyze live and let it do it for me. I'll lower the minimum coolant filter if it cannot run while cold and let it change the idle fuel to get it in the ballpark of where it should be. Then set minimum rpm to 1500 and minimum fuel load to 20kpa and start driving it.
