Default Need help with megasquirt setup

Hey guys i was just wondering if someone can point me in the right direction as to what steps i should take to get my car ready for a tune with megasquirt pnp
Ive been running my car off of piggyback system and im real newb to megasquirt and im gonna have my car tuned by a shop on a dyno but i heard theres a few things i have to setup in order to get it ready for a dyno tune
Right now my setup is as follows
1993 1.6
Flyin miata garrett t25 running 10psi
Intercooled with vta bov
Walbro hpfp
Supra green top injectors (320cc i believe?)
Flyinmiata 3"turbo exhaust
Vortech 12/1 fmu
Aem wideband oxygen sensor
Aem electronic boost gauge

I have removed msd because i know i wont need it with megasquirt and i will be removing the vortech fmu as well
I have iat sensor for afm delete
And megasquirt pnp1
I have heard i have to do some special mod for a/c to work and fan to work and fuel pump to work
From where i stand now can anyone tell me what steps i have to take to get my car ready for a tune so i can tow/preferably drive it to get tuned??
Any input will be greatly appreciated!!!
Im located in the northbay area so if anyone close by me knows how to do it and would like to lend a hand that would also be greatly appreciated!!!
Thanx in advance guys!

you sure your 320cc injectors are big enough

HPmax = (320/10.5) * .8 / .55 * 4 => ~ 220 hp

get the 94-95 boosted base map from the DIY website

You are VTA on your BOV with no ECU? That's CRA!

If your MS is a PNP it should be already setup for A/C.

Your injectors won't be large enough when you ditch the FMU. And it will screw with your tuning badly to try to keep it.

I'm not sure how old you are but I'm sure you can do simple math.

I've got 330 and 525cc injectors in the sale section but I don't know your goals. I'm willing to drop the price on either set at this point.

Yep, fuel pump is triggered at the MAF on the 1.6.

I don't recall what the 1.6 requires you to do about it, myself.

You aren't the only one to ever do this. Try searching where other noobs asked this same question.

1. DIYPNP has installation instructions to get you started. They also have basemaps that should at least let you start the car once you revert to stock FPR (assuming the fuel pump isn't overwhelming it).

2. The MSPNP section has REALLY GOOD stickies. Go, read all. It is a steep learning curve, no getting around that.

Assume you have a laptop for tuning?
