Default boost cut?

I have been turboing miatas for 15 years but now I feel like a total .
I have sold my MSPnP, map daddy, first gen and have installed it in the new owners car. A `91 with a `01 1,8 installed using FM conversion kit and an e-bay turbo kit, 800cc, etc.
I now need a fresh pair of eyes to look at the msq and log files to help me find what is going on here. When accelerating it feels like the car hits boost cut at around 180kpa but boost cut is set at 240kpa? It can be pushed to redline as long as its kept at very low boost. Please help .

That's my vote as well. My old car did the same thing, I narrowed the plug gap and it went away long enough for me to put some COPS together.
