Confussion with my PNP2 99-00
 

Hi folks! i'm going through some problems of misunderstanding Tuner Studio or the capabilities of my PNP2 for my 00 NB Miata. I'm starting to feel that i regret buying the MS2 instead of MS3 Pro. It seems like i can't just run Air conditioner, Launch Control, Flex Fuel input, table switch and the OEM Knock Sensor at the same time, and i refer to ''the same time'' by just have all of them working whenever i need them.

First of all, there are a bunch of other ports showed in the Launch control input for example, like Remote Port3 Bit0 to 7 that are not placed in the Option Port behind the MS.

Another thing, 00 Miatas have OEM Knock Sensor, why do i have to chose an input option for it? i mean, it is supposed to be ''plug and play'' right? what am i missing here?.

What happen if i put my Launch Control input in the Knock input of the option port? i'll cancel my oem knock sensor? I dont want to extend this so much because i'll boring you guys, but i hope some of you could help me. Im adding some Screenshots so you can clearly see my problem.
