Getting FFS coldside kit and want some reading info on how to tune for boost

This is on their forum

"The above map is a base map, tuned for a near stock N/A car (up to 100kpa), but scaled for boost. Everything above 100kpa is untuned, but as we expect many people to want to boost these cars we went ahead and scaled the maps for boost so you wouldn't have to rescale them and retune (or carefully rescale) the entire n/a area when you do that. You must tune for boost when starting with these maps if your are running forced induction. And as this is a base map you should really fine tune everything for your particular setup n/a or boosted as they're all just a bit different anyways..."

There is a base map already. I have a LC-1 already linked up. Is there some direction to point me on how to tune this car for boost. The car is running on MS PNP mafless.

Here is some info from Tom at FFS he told me the fuel cut off should be set at 6800. I will be using the stock 115 pulley that comes with the kit.

The tune should be boosting around 115mm - 13.5 PSI. I will have a boost gauge set up to monitor boost.

The car is a 97 engine stock internals, and everything else is pretty much stock only thing is that right now it is mafless.

I know I need to find an empty strip of road to red line the car to tune it. My plan is to tune it using crappy 91 in CA - and if I do bring it to track or autox to put some octane booster in it to protect it from pinging from the increase stress.

Want to stay at the recommended 200whp for reliability.

This car is currently used as a weekend driver and autox car.

Thanks for all the help.

I would definitely recommend taking it to the dyno for spark tuning; that's pretty much impossible to tune without one. For your boost level, aim for around 11.6 to 11.8:1 under full boost.
