Idle Correctness Verification

I am new to this scene so take it easy on me. I have just installed a MSPNPmm9093 with a GM IAT and an Innovate MTX L with some good success. I have verified base timing that shows on my gauge dashboard as 17.5 BTDC and looks about right when hit with a timing light so I did not bother to reset it.

I have posted in this section to see if I am overlooking something before I go ahead and start driving the car and using VE Analyze Live in the process.

Attached is my msq file and if any of you have a moment I would like some help addressing why my idle (warm) seems to stay at 1200 rpm. I did some research on the subject of Ideal Speed Control (ISC) valve troubleshooting, but could not think this an issue as when I set base timing before using the GM IAT and Innovate MTX L it idled well around 800-900 rpms. Presently I turned on and off the lights and hazards to verify that the engine is seeing a load change of about 3%.

P.S. Thoroughly excited to have bought a MX-5 and really look forward to turboing her as I have the T25G sitting in my garage thanks to 18psi. :noob::D
