Input wiring from break out board to main board
 

I have a Frankenstein'd gen1 megasquirt with ms2 hardware in it. Im trying to set up launch control but it would seem that no matter what input I select in tuner studio, the ms does not see the clutch input. I traced all the wiring and got continuity to ground with the clutch in on pin 13 of the options (center connector in my case) plug. It seems that the input to ms (pin 12) only goes to the bob and not into any of the selectable inputs on the ms. I want to connect the clutch input from the bob to JS7 on the board but am not sure if I just need to make a jumper from the pin on the bob or some other circuit to make the input work. I'll also need another input in the future for table switching for running more timing with methanol.
