which laptop software is the best?

what adapter and computer software is everyone running with the mspnp? i have a 64 bit vista and its being a HUGE pain in the ass. I also am running a belkin adapter

For my in-car rig, I have a 400 mhz Pentium 3 tablet w/ 64 megs of RAM, running Windows 2000, using an IOGear GUC232A serial adapter.

At home, I've got Windows 7 64 bit on a quad-core i5.

No problem running Megatune on either. TunerStudio doesn't like the tablet very much.
