MSPNP Ebay seller legit?

Good morning all,

I had originally planned on running off of a Begi AFPR, but after setting everything up, I decided to just go the MS route and to not waste any more time or money. I purchased my kit second hand, so luckily, I didn't spend any money personally on the Begi AFPR as it was included with my Begi S kit.

Now that I'm in the market for an MSPNP2, I had a question regarding the legitimacy of an eBay seller and a unit that I found online. After adding everything to my cart on DIYautotune I decided to check a couple other outlets to see if there was any sales or something going on with other companies.

I came across a 94-95MSPNP on eBay for $759 shipped, which all things considered is a pretty substantial amount of savings from going with DIY. They seem like a great group of guys, but any money saved is able to be put towards something else so I figured that I would exercise all of my potential options.

Does anyone have any experience with this seller on eBay:Power Adder Solutions? They appear to be a legit company outside if eBay, specializing in Mustangs in NC and have a great rating on eBay as well.

This is the advertisement in question:1994 1995 Mazda Miata Megasquirt MSPNP 2 Plug and Play Tunable ECU | eBay

I have primarily been reading in MSEXTRA and through the Megasquirt guide, but haven't been able to locate anything about this company being a legitimate seller. They claim to be, as well as boasting a picture with DIYautotune as the picture of the MS, but I know there are a ton of distributors not listed.

I read the article on fakes as well, but it only appears to cover copy cat items that are sold overseas and not one that are advertised as legit units.

On a side note, I'm well aware that the easiest way to determine the authenticity is to contact someone from DIY, which I have, but they are closed until Monday and the auction with the savings ends in a little under 15 hours today. If this route is exhausted, then I'll continue with my plan of purchasing with them.

Anyways, I thank you in advance for any advice or insight. I'm ecstatic to start using all of the wonderful features that I'm reading about and to get my miata running great!:brain:

Looks legitimate to me. Good thing about eBay is that you are protected as a buyer so if something is not to your satisfaction you are able to dispute it (also assuming you pay through Paypal).

That add is saying $799 with free shipping - it could be it's showing up at a lower price because of some sort of coupon.

Power Adder Solutions is one of our largest resellers.
