MSPNP2 doesnt receive 5VDC.
 

Hello,
I bought my 1997 NA mx5 in germany a long time ago, and want to turbo the car.
So i bought a second hand ecu, that worked on the previous owners car. (MSPNP2-MM9095 V1.3).
The wideband, airsensor ext, are connected to the car in the right place.
I tried to plugin the ecu for the first time to tune the car, but didn't get the ecu connected to the tuning software, and i saw it didn't even gave no 5VDC, even not the light on the outside of the casing.
Brought the ecu to someone that could maybe check if the ecu is broken, or something else wrong with it, and he could get the 5VDC light to burn on the test bench with only 2 wires (12V and ground). tried the exact same thing in my car and it didn't work.
Now my question is, if anyone else got this issue and if there is a solution for it. i'm looking everywhere, asking alot of people around my place, but nothing fixed it yet.
I probebly left alot out what i already tried, but if someone maybe knows a solution, please let me know!
