Default Hot ignitor/misfiring/bad tach signal

Ok, I hate to be that guy, but I don't know a lot about this MSPNP setup. It was a MSPNP1 in a white case, it was converted to MSPNP2 in the white case. The person who did the upgrade got in touch with DIY for the proper procedure to convert it. The car is up and running, but after it is running for a few minutes the tach starts jumping around and the ignitor gets hot. The car seems to lose spark when the tach drops as well.

I don't know enough to trouble shoot this without some help, if anybody is willing to help me it would be greatly appreciated. Also I did replace the grounds, and add a couple more after some reading about jumpy tach issues. Also cleaned grounds some grounds.
