Update: After rechecking the tune, I can verify it wasn't a tune issue. Mostly, I had a very small vacuum leak, from the intake manifold gasket. When the car was warmed up and running, I first tested the vacuum block and lines, all of that is good. When I sprayed brake cleaner onto the manifold to head, the AFR readings dropped from 14.7 to 11, then leaned out to balance itself out and went back to stoich.

Update again: Been running on the tune I was provided by this thread. Did a compression check, 146 across the whole deck, that is minimum spec per Mazda specifications. Leak down shows 5% across. Did a smoke test, very slight seepage coming from the spindle on the ITBs at cylinder 4, Jenvey says this isn't bad, but can sell me a reseal kit for the throttle bodies. Only hearing slight hissing on cylinder 1. Going to pull the head this winter and lap the valves. Other than that, with the tune this thread provided, car runs perfectly fine and wants to fight for another track day.

TLDR: Compression at 146 PSI, smoke test essentially passed besides minor seep at spindle cylinder 4, leak down 5%, slight hissing at cylinder 1 runner.
