Read my spark plugs.
When you read plugs, you're only reading what the engine was doing when it was shut off. If you want a read at full throttle for instance, you need to go full throttle, then shut off, then remove plugs without restarting. It's mostly useful for drag racers who do exactly that at the end of a run, or on a dyno. I suppose you could do it on the side of a road, but it's probably not the most practical. It's also usually done in person, only in the last few years have camera phones gotten good enough to take a picture someone could read from. I'd rank your photos 8/10, they're decent, but a tad on a the grainy side and could be zoomed in more.
But, you answer your question on those pictures, they look pretty good. I know you're running batch fire, RX8 injectors, and targeting ~14:1 at idle, that being said the ceramic is an amber color. White would indicate lean, darker or wet would indicate rich. The first photo looks marginally richer than the second. Normally that would cause me to question the injector balance, but since you're planning on moving to different injectors last I checked, I wouldn't be too concerned.
